Yes, even for small orders, our availability is always the same and we can organize door-to-door deliveries.
How is product warranty and shipping damage?
All decoration and finishings elements and furniture have a warranty. Shipping damages, if any, are the responsibility of us or our shipping agent.

How long does the design process take?
This depends on the package/s you opt for and the complexity of your project. In general terms we aim to give you the first design in 1-2 working days. On average, the design process would take between 5-7 working. This period includes the time from concept to approval.
What if i dont like my design?
We try to get as much information from you as possible in order to work out a design which meets your preferences and budget. This normally allows us to give our customers a design which is in tune with their tastes. Having said that, if the design is not approved from your end we will revise it until you are fully satisfied with it.
Will the designer stick to my budget?
Yes, your budget is always kept in mind in all the stages of the project.
Will I need a site visit?
No, a site visit is not necessary, however we do offer site visits to homeowners in Malta if this is necessary.
Is there a minimum spend on furniture which I must commit to?
No. The designer will work on the furnishing keeping your budget in mind, no matter how high or low your budget is.
Can you design off an architect’s floor plan & drawings?
Yes, we can do that. Once you supply us with these documents, we will take the measurements and create a 3D render for you in order to show you what the room will look like.
